Interrogatories
This post is going to look at Admissions. Particularly, what to do if your request for admissions is not responded to. Check your local rules, but generally your adversary has 30 days to respond to your Request for Admissions. Also, add 3 days for mailing. If you have no reply to your Request for admissions, you need to file a MOTION TO DEEM FACTS ADMITTED. Here is an example:
MOTION TO DEEM FACTS ADMITTED with a
DECLARATION IN SUPPORT OF MOTION TO DEEM FACTS ADMITTED
