    • Zee,

Are you asking about the cover sheet that you fill out when you file your complaint? That would be a good topic for a video. I will work on that this weekend.

If you asking for other paperwork or can’t wait until this weekend, feel free to call me. I emailed you my phone number.

      Thanks for the question, Boiler

      • the cover sheet and the actual complaint…I guess like a how to
I have been in collections for 9 years and struggled with this for 2 years until I remembered about fcra violations from your site. I have never done this before besides suing a collection agency with a consumer attny. so im very much new to this whole process

        • Zee,
What do you think about documenting the whole process so that others can learn too?
You need to figure out how the collector violated the FCRA. That will be the first step is to determine if there is a violation of the FCRA. When a company violates the FCRA, they also usually violate the FDCPA.
The initial concern I have is that you state this has been going on for 9 years. The statute of limitations on FCRA is 2 years AFTER you discover the violation, or 5 years total.
Why don’t you give me a call and we can talk about it. Nights and Weekends are best to actually talk to me…

          • I would love to document the whole process.
Im not sure of jurisdiction and venue however I believe I am within the statute of limitations.
I was just stating that I have been a “bill collector” in the field for 8 years and knowledgeable about FDCPA etc however never went this far as to file a federal case.
I will call you this weekend for sure to get things rolling…thanks Boiler
